Ramkumar led the Human resources function till 2014 in ICICI Bank and then got on the Board in 2009 with responsibility for HR, Operations, Innovation and Customer Service & service quality. Led the Tab Banking, Trinity, E Locker, Touch Banking, Insta Banking, E Cheque, Smart Locker and a host of innovations during the last 5 years. He drove and scaling up the skilling programme for the underprivileged youth of India while continuing to carrying out his Operations and customer service related responsibilities for the Bank. Finally he quit his stint with the ICICI bank and founded Leadership centre.

A relook into Pschometry
Psychometry is a psychic ability in which a person can sense or "read" the history of an object by touching it. Such a person can receive impressions from an object by holding it in his/her hands or, perhaps, touching it to the forehead. As an HR, we have used various tools whether it is 16PF, MBTI, DISC, FIRO B and others, bu are these tools enough while hiring? Should we relook into this?
