ear MTHR Global Friend,
Wishing you a very Happy Holi !
We are very excited to inform you about the next MTHR Global Seminar on “Story Telling for Culture Building and Talent Management”.
In today’s corporate world, learning is becoming very complex. Story Telling is the next big thing used by organizations for getting across a learning, a new policy, a management philosophy, to engage with their work force and so on. Story telling is the complete antithesis of the direction based management structures that we have in place in organizations. Story Telling is becoming the next big rage within the corporate Learning processes.
This is a perfect event to be attended by L&D Heads, HR Heads, HR Managers and CxOs.
We have a line up of exciting speaker sessions and workshops thru the day. This event is in partnership with SIESCOMS Nerul on Saturday 25th March, 2017. Please mark your calendar – we will be sharing more details soon. As usual this is at no cost to attend but prior registration is a must. Registrations haven’t started as yet.
Please do share this with your friends and colleagues in HR.
MTHR Global encourages Learning for the HR community in a variety of ways. Besides the regular Seminars and conclaves we also do Learning sessions in various cities across India. We also have a thriving CxO / CHRO group and have several other initiatives like Masterclasses, Research papers, Mentoring Program under the Continuous Learning Program, Offistes, CSR activities, community programs and much more.
